Welcome to Set79! We're here to help you analyze DJ sets and identify tracks. These terms explain how our service works and what you can expect from us.

1. Service Description

Set79 analyzes DJ sets and provides detailed tracklists with timestamps for each song played. Every tracklist already in our library is free to read, for everyone, with no account needed. Analyzing a set that is not in the library yet is a paid feature: you can subscribe to Pro (shown as "Monthly Unlimited" on the pricing page) for unlimited analyses with immediate processing, or buy Pay As You Go credits for individual sets. Tracklists we produce are added to the library and become free for everyone. See our pricing page for current plans and prices.

2. Pro Subscription

2.1 Features

• Dedicated processing resources
• Immediate processing of submitted sets
• Automatic processing of long sets (over 3 hours)
• Sets are processed one at a time in the order received

2.2 Billing

• Monthly billing at the rate shown during purchase
• Subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then
• Subscriptions are personal and may not be shared or transferred to others

2.3 Refund Policy

As a digital service, purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests within 14 days of the initial purchase in specific cases:

• Complete service unavailability during subscription period
• Technical issues preventing access to paid features
• Service significantly failing to perform as described

Important notes:

• All refund requests are evaluated case-by-case
• Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle
• This policy also applies to Pay As You Go credit purchases

2.4 Service Modifications and Restrictions

• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. If we change prices:
  • We will notify existing subscribers 30 days in advance
  • The new price will only apply when your current subscription period renews
• We may suspend or terminate access to Pro if we determine that the service is being used in violation of applicable laws or in a way that poses security risks
• In case of service termination, unused portion of the current billing period may be refunded at our discretion

2.5 Trial Period

Free trial periods may be available for Pro subscriptions. When offered, the following terms apply:

• Trial periods are limited to one per account, person or household. Starting a trial counts as using it, even if you cancel before it ends
• If you have already used a trial, a new subscription is billed immediately at the monthly rate, and the checkout says so
• At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends
• We aim to send you an email reminder approximately 24 hours before your trial period ends
• We reserve the right to restrict or cancel trial access if we detect abuse of trial terms or attempts to circumvent trial limitations

3. Pay As You Go Credits

As an alternative to a subscription, you can purchase analysis credits:

• Credits are sold in packs at the price shown during purchase, as a one-time payment with no recurring billing
• Each credit lets you analyze one set with priority processing
• Credits never expire
• The refund policy in section 2.3 applies to credit purchases

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Set79, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Key privacy points:

• We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Payment information is handled securely by our payment processor, Paddle
• We use your data only for providing and improving our services
• You can request deletion of your data as detailed in our Privacy Policy

5. Intellectual Property

Feel free to use, share, and distribute any content and information provided by Set79, including analysis results and insights.

6. Service Status

Set79 is provided "as is," and while we strive for accuracy and reliability, we cannot guarantee perfect results every time.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. We'll always let you know about significant changes.
