Co-founding the minimal house label Perlon in 1997, Berlin-based DJ and producer Thomas Franzmann, known as Zip, helped shape the microhouse and minimal techno genres. He holds long-standing residencies at Panorama Bar in Berlin and Robert Johnson in Offenbach. He releases solo music under the alias Dimbiman, alongside collaborative projects like Pantytec. On set79, his recorded sets include performances at Sunwaves and Club der Visionaere.
