Akua

After building her reputation in New York's underground techno scene, Berlin-based DJ Akua plays fast-paced, high-velocity techno. She draws heavily from raw 1990s Midwest and Detroit sounds, mixing with acid-drenched basslines and relentless percussion. She regularly performs at clubs like Basement in New York and Berghain in Berlin, alongside festival appearances at Dekmantel and Movement Detroit.
